washington square serenade

i know sometimes (okay, often) i listen to music a little outside the expected and certainly my demographic (as a marketing tool anyway).

but . . . been listening to steve earle's Washington Square Serenade and its freaking awesome. i guess the 7 marriages, drug abuse, jail time have been really beneficial. i mean it must have sucked at the time, but hey he's writing great music now. one must sacrifice for the muse. am just saying that i appreciate the lengths steve earle's gone to to bring me quality music. you may too.
